2.1 Once the custom items arrive at our facility, we will initiate the shipping process to deliver the order to your specified address within the United Kingdom. Our standard shipping time within the UK is approximately 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on factors such as location, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery schedule.
